COVID-19 Virus Update (updated 1st April, 2020)

Currently none of the Calendar Club team are affected by the COVID-19 virus. We are following strict government guidelines for trading at this time. All head office staff, including our Customer Service team have been working from home as of Wednesday 18th March. Our large warehouse (over 10,000 square metres), is currently operating on a skeleton staff basis, so our small teams of pickers and packers are given plenty of room for social distancing. We have put  stringent hygiene practices in place to provide staff with a safe working environment.

Please understand, that whilst we aim to offer as regular a service as possible for as long as possible, that in these unusual circumstances, we will be looking out for the health of staff and there may be some disruption to despatch and delivery of orders in the coming weeks.

Local Collect
You can now have your orders delivered directly to your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. We provide a Tracked 2nd Class (3-5 working days) & Tracked 1st Class (1-3 working days) service. Royal Mail will notify you via SMS or email to collect at your convenience.

Collect from a Calendar Club Store

Please note our stores are open from late-September to mid-December each season.

When our stores are open, you can collect your orders from any of our 270+ UK stores for FREE! Just select Free Click & Collect at the basket. Please allow 5 days for delivery to UK stores and 7 days to Irish stores, we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.
